It is not a requirement to integrate with the UniFi® Controller.  You will still get a great set of features including two-way conversations and all the benefits that going along with our SMS platform.

You will lose data collection on your WiFi network and automated data collection through your WiFi Guest Portal screen (this is the page guests are presented when they first connect to your WiFi network).  You can always integrate at a later date and we can help you along the way!
